Special Characters in Snippets. The latest subversion commit (revision 28) allows special characters to be used
in snippet definitions. E.g. for LaTeX:

Snip $$ \[<{}>\]

will now work and typing $$<tab> will perform the expansion.

NOTE. This will only work with TextMate mode due to the way abbreviations work.

Comments:
A quick update: you cannot use '^' in your snippets (currently). This is due to the way 'iskeyword' works. To use '^' means adding it as the last character in iskeyword and since other special characters may be added afterwards we'd have to do some juggling.

One for a later version.
